This will have been setup when the service was installed. If you have remote management from us, we can advise you of this password by contacting our support team. Please note you will need to verify your account with us before any details can be released.

We recommend using the speedtest.net website when using an ethernet connection. You will naturally see some speed drop off on any WIFI connection.

You can pay your bill via the direct debit setup link included in the billing email, or you can pay via bank transfer to the details available on your bill. You can contact the accounts team if you have any queries.
